Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer (React + Java) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable web applications using React on the frontend and Java (Spring Boot) on the backend. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain enterprise level applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive web applications using React.js
• Develop robust and scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers to implement solutions
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality
• Troubleshoot and debug applications
• Ensure optimal performance and scalability of applications
• Work in an agile development environment with regular sprints and deliveries
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of professional experience in full-stack development
• Strong proficiency in React.js, including state management (Redux or Context API)
• Solid experience in Java, with a focus on Spring Boot or other Java frameworks
• Experience working with RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with front-end build tools and version control (Webpack, Babel, Git)
• Good understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL)
• Experience with unit testing and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  
  

Educational Qualification

• Must have a B.Tech or B.E degree in any stream
• Preferred : Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  
  

Nice To Have

• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker or orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
