Job Description – Full Stack Developer (React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, AWS)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience across the full technology stack—React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment on impactful, scalable applications. The ideal candidate is confident in both frontend and backend development, and has deep practical exposure to modern development tools and cloud technologies.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain dynamic, responsive web applications using React.js and Node.js
Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs
Work with MongoDB for efficient data management and queries
Deploy, manage, and scale applications on AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, etc.)
Build reusable components, maintain clean and scalable front-end code
Participate in Agile ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend teams to deliver seamless features
Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
Use Git and GitHub for version control and CI/CD workflows
✅ Requirements:
6 months of hands-on full stack development experience
Strong skills in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and SEO.
Backend expertise in Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB
Practical experience with AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudWatch)
Proficiency with Git, GitHub, and version control best practices
Good understanding of API architecture and RESTful services
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
Good to Have:
Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or GraphQL
Exposure to Docker or other containerization tools
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and basic DevOps practices
