🚀 Job Title: Full Stack Developer Intern (Core Product Team)📍 Location:On-site (Preferred) / Remote (India)
⏳ Duration:3–6 Months → Full-time conversion based on performance
💰 Stipend:₹8,000 – ₹15,000 / month (based on skills & execution ability)
🔥 About CabRestroCabRestro is building a location-intelligence driven platform that converts highway traffic into paying restaurant customers. We’re solving real-world problems at the intersection of mobility, discovery, and demand generation.
This is not a “learning-only” internship — you will be working on live production systems used by real users.
⚡ What You’ll Work On- Real-time driver → restaurant matching systems
- Smart routing & visibility logic (no wrong-side recommendations)
- High-performance APIs powering live user traffic
- Scalable systems using event-driven architecture
🛠️ Core Responsibilities- Build fast, scalable frontend systems using React.js
- Develop backend APIs and services using Node.js
- Implement efficient server-state management using React Query
- Use Redis for caching, queues, and performance optimization
- Design and contribute to event-driven systems (pub/sub, async workflows)
- Optimize latency, API performance, and data flow
- Debug production issues and ship fast fixes
- Work directly with founders/product to ship features fast
âś… Must-Have Skills (No Compromise)- Hands-on development experience with:
- React.js
- Node.js (Express / APIs)
- Redis (basic usage: caching / queues)
- React Query
- Solid understanding of:
- Async programming & API handling
- Event-driven architecture (basics of queues, pub/sub)
- You have built and deployed something real (not just tutorials)
đź’ˇ Bonus Points (High Impact)- Experience with real-time systems (WebSockets / tracking / maps)
- Understanding of system design & scalability
- Familiarity with microservices / distributed systems
- Experience with Google Maps APIs / routing logic
- Worked on performance optimization (latency, caching, etc.)
