Who We're Looking For
Students currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in:

- Mechatronics
- Or a comparable technical field
You should have a working understanding of web development and programming, along with an interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
What Matters to Us
We care less about how many technologies you list on your resume and more about:
- What you've built - personal projects, experiments, or working prototypes.
- How you think - your approach to solving technical problems.
- How quickly you learn - your willingness to explore unfamiliar technologies.
- How you handle ambiguity - your ability to turn ideas into action.
- Your curiosity - whether you actively explore what's next in technology.
How We Work
You'll have opportunities to work on real product development, explore AI tech, and contribute ideas.
We encourage you to:
- Use modern AI coding agents and AI-native development tools every day.
- Test quickly, learn quickly, and improve quickly.
- Experiment with emerging technologies and evaluate their practical applications.
- Bring new technical possibilities into the conversation before others see them.
- Take ownership of your work, from initial idea to functional prototype.
We value people who build, experiment, and learn, not just those who know the right answers.
