Job Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced and versatile Full Stack Developer who can work closely with clients, lead solutioning, and design scalable architectures. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on coding skills along with the ability to drive technical discussions, handle client interactions, and take ownership of end-to-end delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution design and architecture planning for scalable and high-performance applications
- Collaborate directly with clients/stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Design and develop end-to-end full stack applications
- Ensure best practices in coding, system design, and security
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers
- Work in a US shift and actively participate in client calls and discussions
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Drive continuous improvements in system architecture and performance
Required Skills
- Strong experience in full stack development (8–10 years)
- Expertise in frontend technologies (e.g., React.js or similar frameworks)
- Strong backend development experience (preferably Python, but open to other technologies)
- Solid understanding of database systems (SQL/NoSQL)
- Hands-on experience with system design and architecture
- Experience in client handling and requirement gathering
- Good understanding of APIs, microservices, and scalable systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Good to Have:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working in agile environments
