Role: Founding CTO / Technical Co-Founder (Equity Only)
About the Opportunity
I’m building a video-first travel marketplace—a platform where users discover destinations through video and directly book experiences, stays, and services.
The vision is to combine the depth of a marketplace with the engagement of short-form video, creating a seamless discovery-to-booking journey.
What You’ll Build
This is a 0 → 1 product build with full ownership:
- End-to-end development of a web/app platform (frontend + backend)
- Scalable backend for listings, users, and bookings
- Video integration (upload, storage, streaming, feed)
- High-performance discovery feed (similar to short-form video UX)
- Clean, fast, conversion-focused user experience
What I’m Looking For
- Strong full-stack development skills
- Ability to design and architect systems, not just code features
- Experience building or shipping real products/projects (must have proof)
- Understanding of performance, scalability, and clean architecture
- High ownership mindset—this is a co-founder role, not a job
Important Note
- This is an equity-only role (no salary initially)
- Looking for someone who can commit seriously for the long term
- Ideal for builders who want to create something from scratch and own it
