Role Description
We are seeking a passionate Full Stack Developer who can design, develop, and maintain end-to-end applications across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, along with knowledge of Flutter or React Native and DevOps workflows.
Qualifications
Full Stack Development
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
- Build reusable, modular, and maintainable frontend components
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues
Mobile App Development
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and/or React Native
- Integrate backend APIs with mobile applications
- Ensure responsive UI/UX and smooth mobile performance across Android and iOS
DevOps & Deployment
- Manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment processes
- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Handle containerization using Docker
- Deploy and manage applications using Kubernetes (preferred)
- Monitor application health, logs, and server performance
Database & Architecture
- Design MongoDB schemas and optimize database queries
- Implement caching strategies and database indexing
- Participate in system architecture and technical design discussions
Collaboration
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and project managers
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards
- Document technical processes, APIs, and deployment workflows
Required Skills
- Strong experience in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Expertise in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB
- Hands-on experience in Flutter or React Native
- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind/Bootstrap
- Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab
- Knowledge of REST APIs, WebSockets, Authentication (JWT/OAuth)
DevOps Skills (Preferred)
- CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
- Docker and container orchestration
- Cloud deployment experience (AWS EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda)
- Linux server management
- Nginx/Apache configuration
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environment
- Knowledge of microservices architecture is a plus
