Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Developer role based in Madurai. The Full Stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications that support Truwave’s utility-focused SaaS platform. Daily responsibilities include implementing responsive user interfaces, building secure and scalable backend services, integrating APIs, and optimizing application performance. The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions, writing clean and testable code, and participating in code reviews. The developer will also help troubleshoot production issues, contribute to architecture decisions, and continuously improve development workflows and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong front-end development skills, including experience with HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
- Proficiency in back-end web development and software development, with experience building and maintaining server-side logic and APIs.
- Hands-on experience in full-stack development, integrating front-end and back-end components into robust web applications.
- Understanding of web application architecture, RESTful services, and database concepts (SQL or NoSQL).
- Working experience in React JS, Next JS, Node.js, Nest JS
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code, with experience using version control tools such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in SaaS, utilities, or enterprise software domains is a plus.
