Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using front-end and back-end technologies.
- Build user-friendly interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Develop RESTful APIs and server-side applications.
- Integrate front-end applications with backend services and databases.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and implement best coding practices.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and senior developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute innovative ideas to improve products and processes.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Full Stack Development (including internships, academic projects, or relevant freelance experience).
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Basic understanding of server-side development using Node.js, Java, Python, .NET, or PHP.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and API integration.
- Basic knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL; familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases is an added advantage.
- Experience with Git/GitHub or GitLab and familiarity with development tools such as Visual Studio Code.
- Basic understanding of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts is preferred.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), data structures, algorithms, and software development fundamentals.
- Knowledge of responsive web design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Understanding of microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with unit testing and debugging tools.
- Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of software design patterns and clean coding practices.
