Role Overview
We are hiring a Full Stack Developer for an early-stage AI + Education startup building product-first technology solutions.
This role is ideal for builders who enjoy shipping fast, solving problems, and working directly with founders in a high-ownership startup environment.
The ideal candidate should be execution-focused, highly adaptable, and comfortable handling broad product responsibilities across frontend and backend development.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable frontend and backend applications
- Develop product features with speed and ownership
- Work closely with founders on product execution and iteration
- Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services
- Collaborate on architecture, workflows, and feature improvements
- Debug, optimize, and improve application performance
- Participate in rapid experimentation and product iterations
Core Requirements
- Strong fundamentals in React.js / Next.js
- Backend exposure in Node.js or Python
- Understanding of APIs, databases, and deployment basics
- Strong problem-solving and learning mindset
- Comfortable working independently in startup environments
- Strong ownership and execution capability
Preferred Qualifications
- Personal projects, GitHub contributions, or hackathon participation
- Experience building end-to-end applications
- Startup internship experience preferred
- AI product or automation exposure is a plus
