We are seeking an innovative Full Stack Developer to lead the development of Agentic AI-driven applications. In this role, you will go beyond simple chatbot integration to build autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, executing complex tasks, and automating end-to-end lead lifecycles.
Using the MERN stack and Next.js, you will architect systems that leverage LLMs for autonomous decision-making, integrate vector databases for long-term memory, and build agentic workflows that transform how we capture and nurture leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Agentic AI Development: Design and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning, tool-use (function calling), and self-correction to handle lead generation and task automation.
- Full-Stack Orchestration: Develop scalable web applications using the MERN stack and Next.js, optimized for low-latency AI interactions and streaming responses.
- RAG & Memory Management: Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector database architectures (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate) to provide agents with contextual business knowledge.
- Workflow Automation: Build "Agent-in-the-loop" systems that automate complex business processes, lead routing, and CRM synchronization using frameworks like LangChain.
- Autonomous Lead Capture: Develop sophisticated AI conversationalists that do more than follow scripts they qualify leads, schedule meetings, and update CRM records autonomously.
- Performance & SEO: Maintain SEO-friendly, high-performance frontends using Next.js (SSR/ISR) while ensuring AI components do not compromise Core Web Vitals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
AI & Automation Expertise
- LLM Orchestration: Deep experience with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph.
- Agentic Patterns: Proven understanding of agentic design patterns (e.g., Reflection, Planning, Tool-use, and Multi-agent collaboration).
- Vector Databases: Experience managing embeddings and semantic search using vector stores.
Technical Core
- Full Stack Mastery: Expert-level JavaScript/TypeScript and hands-on experience with the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
- Next.js Specialist: Advanced knowledge of App Router, Server Components, and optimized rendering strategies.
- Headless CMS: Experience with Strapi or similar for managing dynamic content consumed by AI agents.
- Infrastructure: Familiarity with Python (for AI prototyping), Git, and CI/CD for deploying AI-heavy applications.
Bonus Skills (The "Extra Mile")
- Local Models: Experience deploying or quantizing local LLMs (Ollama, vLLM).
- Evals & Monitoring: Experience with AI observability tools (LangSmith, Arize Phoenix) to monitor agent behavior and accuracy.
- Fine-tuning: Knowledge of fine-tuning open-source models for specific domain tasks.
