Role Overview:
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to build scalable, high-performance applications. You will work closely with our Product Manager/Business Analyst, UX Experts, and AI Engineers to develop innovative AI-driven products.
You will also work on building AI-integrated applications, leveraging modern tools like LLM APIs and prompt engineering.
This is primarily an individual contributor role, with expectations of active collaboration, client interaction, and guidance to junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality software and web applications as an individual contributor.
- Design and implement scalable, testable, and efficient code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, UX, and AI Engineering.
- Participate in client discussions to understand requirements and provide technical inputs.
- Coordinate effectively across teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical challenges.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers when needed.
- Build applications that integrate with AI/LLM systems where required.
- Design and implement APIs and backend systems supporting AI-driven workflows.
- Collaborate with AI Engineers to productionize intelligent features.
Required Skills & Expertise
Soft Skills and Attitude:
- Desire to learn and a go-getter attitude to solve technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Good spoken and written English is essential for effective client interaction.
Core Tech Skills:
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js.
- Strong programming skills in Node.js and Python.
- Experience with backend-as-a-service tools such as Firebase/Supabase or similar platforms.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments.
- Deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
AI and Modern Technologies:
- Working knowledge of Prompt Engineering and interacting with LLM APIs.
- Familiarity with modern AI concepts such as LLMs and Generative AI.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude Code, AntiGravity).
Required Background:
- B.Tech./ M. Tech. in Computer Science, IT, or Electrical Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Software Developer.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
