We’re Hiring: Full-Stack Developer

At Recyclaro.com, we’re building the digital infrastructure for the global recycling and circular economy. We’re looking for a passionate Full-Stack Developer who wants to build, experiment, solve real problems and grow with an early-stage startup.
This is not just a coding job. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the product, work directly with the founding team, use AI to solve real-world supply-chain challenges, and see your work create measurable impact.
What You’ll Work On
- Build and scale our B2B web platform and applications
- Develop robust frontend and backend systems
- Build APIs and integrate third-party services
- Develop AI-powered sourcing, matching and automation
- Work with databases, cloud infrastructure and APIs
- Improve performance, security and scalability
- Convert real business problems into simple, powerful technology solutions
What We’re Looking For
- Strong Full-Stack Development experience
- React / Next.js, Node.js and TypeScript/JavaScript
- REST APIs and database experience
- SQL and/or NoSQL
- Git, deployment and CI/CD
- Cloud experience
- Understanding of scalable architecture and security
- Experience with AI/LLM APIs is a strong advantage
- Most importantly: ownership, curiosity, problem-solving and a builder mindset
