Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of experience to build and maintain scalable web and mobile-based applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern front-end and backend technologies, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact directly with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web and mobile applications across the full stack
- Build high-quality, responsive UI using Next.js, React.js, HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS
- Develop backend services and REST APIs using Node.js and PHP
- Design and manage databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
- Integrate frontend with backend systems and third-party services
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Participate in client meetings, requirement gathering, and demos
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and upgrade existing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, QA, product)
Experience Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development
- Experience working on live web/mobile applications
- Experience in handling end-to-end project delivery
- Prior experience in client interaction is mandatory
Required Technical Skills:
Frontend:
- Strong experience in: Next.js, React.js, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, React Native
- Good understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Backend:
- Hands-on experience with: Node.js (Express.js preferred), PHP (Core PHP / Laravel is a plus), Python
Database:
- Experience with: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
Other Skills:
- REST API development and integration
- Version control systems (Git)
- Understanding of deployment, hosting, and server environments.
- Soft Skills (Mandatory):
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles / client handling.
- Ability to gather, analyse, and explain technical requirements to clients.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
