Role Description The Full-stack Developer will work on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications that support Rahu Doom’s digital solutions. This full-time, on-site role is based in New Delhi and involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to build user-friendly front-end interfaces and robust back-end services. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, integrating APIs, optimizing application performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and participating in code reviews. The developer will also contribute to architectural decisions, ensure adherence to best practices in security and reliability, and support continuous improvement of existing products.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience building and deploying end-to-end web applications.
- Proficiency in Front-End Development, including Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), HTML, and modern JavaScript frameworks or libraries.
- Experience in Back-End Web Development using one or more server-side languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, .NET) and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases, version control systems (such as Git), and basic cloud or hosting environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, communicate clearly, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Understanding of secure coding practices, testing methodologies, and performance optimization for web applications.
- Experience with agile development processes and interest in learning new technologies and frameworks is beneficial.
