Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Full Stack Developer. The Full Stack Developer should have experience of 2-3 years and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications, both front-end and back-end, to deliver a seamless user experience. Day-to-day tasks will include coding, troubleshooting, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the scalability and optimization of the platform. The developer will also participate in the integration of APIs, manage database interactions, and implement responsive web designs.
Qualifications
1. Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications across both legacy and modern technology stacks.
2. Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, PHP and Tailwind CSS.
3. Develop backend APIs, server-side modules, and business logic using Node.js/JavaScript, Next.js API routes, and PHP.
4. Integrate internal applications with third-party APIs, external platforms, and provider callback systems.
5. Design, manage, and optimize relational databases using PostgreSQL and MySQL, including schema updates, query writing, and performance tuning.
6. Work with Prisma ORM and maintain proper data integrity, relationships, and transactional behavior.
7. Implement secure authentication, authorization, session handling, and role-based access control mechanisms.
8. Contribute to deployment, hosting, monitoring, and cloud-based development workflows on AWS.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across frontend, backend, integrations, databases, and deployment environments.
10. Write clean, modular, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
11. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, deliver new features, and support ongoing product improvements.
