Job details:
We're hiring a Full-Stack Developer to help us build AI-native products across our portfolio of SaaS products. You'll work as a peer to our existing developer and have the opportunity to build and lead your own engineering team as we grow.
This isn't a role where you'll be handed tickets to execute. You'll have direct ownership of products from idea to deployment, work closely with the founders, and shape the technical direction of what we build next. If you code with AI tools as your primary workflow, ship fast, and care about the quality of what goes out the door — we want to talk.
About us
team building at the intersection of AI and B2B. Our portfolio spans an AI-powered finance operations platform, an AI-native fashion-tech business, and a data intelligence company serving D2C brands. All three businesses are built by the same core team, which means you'll get exposure to multiple products, multiple problem spaces, and multiple customer types — all under one roof.
We're a small, high-conviction team where everyone owns their domain fully.
We're an early-stage AI-native fashion-tech company building the operating system for how brands design, source, and manufacture. We work with some of the most exciting D2C fashion brands in the country, and we're building both a core SaaS platform and customised technology solutions tailored to individual brand needs.
We sit at the intersection of two things we care deeply about: the craft and complexity of fashion, and the speed and leverage of AI. We're a small, high-conviction team where everyone owns their domain fully.
What you'll do
Build and ship
- Own end-to-end development of features and products — backend, frontend, deployment, the works
- Work across our portfolio — internal AI tools, customer-facing SaaS products, data pipelines, and integrations
- Translate founder briefs and product requirements into working software
Use AI as a force multiplier
- Use Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, and other AI coding tools as your primary workflow
- Write strong prompts, review AI-generated code critically, and catch what AI gets wrong
- Move fast without compromising on code quality or system reliability
Set engineering standards
- Establish the architecture, conventions, and review practices the team will follow
- Decide what to build in-house versus what to integrate via APIs and third-party tools
- Make sensible technical trade-offs — quick prototypes when speed matters, robust systems when scale matters
Build the team
- Mentor a junior developer and an intern already on the team
- Help hire additional engineers as the projects scale
- Eventually lead the engineering function
What we're looking for
Experience
- 3–5 years of full-stack development experience, ideally at a startup or product company
- Demonstrated ability to ship products end-to-end — not just contribute to them
- Strong portfolio of work you can walk us through
Technical stack
- Strong in Node.js (Express, Fastify, or similar), React, Python, and PostgreSQL
- Comfortable with REST API design, database modelling, and deployment workflows
- Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) and building AI-powered features in production
- Bonus: experience with vector databases, embeddings, RAG pipelines, Docker, AWS/GCP, or Next.js
Working style
- AI-native coder — you use Cursor, Claude Code, or Copilot as your default workflow, not as an occasional helper
- Pragmatic — you know when to use AI to ship faster and when to slow down and think
- Independent — you don't need detailed specs to start working
- Quality-conscious — you care about clean code, thoughtful architecture, and not leaving technical debt for your future self
Mindset
- Curiosity about business, not just code — you want to understand why something is being built, not just how
- Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
- Interested in leading and building a team over time, not staying purely individual contributor
- We care about skills over credentials. A formal CS degree is not required — what matters is what you've built and how you think.
