Role Overview
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong backend expertise to design, build, and scale high-performance web applications. You will own features end-to-end—from development to deployment—while working closely with product, design, and engineering teams.
This role requires hands-on experience in API development, scalable backend systems, Firebase, and modern frontend frameworks, along with exposure to AI/LLM-based applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale full-stack applications (frontend + backend)
- Design and develop scalable APIs and backend services
- Integrate mobile applications with backend systems
- Lead Firebase architecture, integrations, and optimization
- Contribute to system design and microservices architecture
- Develop and integrate AI/LLM-powered features
- Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of applications
- Own features end-to-end (build → deploy → monitor → iterate)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack or backend development
- Strong backend expertise in Node.js / Python / Java / Go
- Experience with frameworks like Express, Django, Spring Boot
- Solid understanding of REST APIs / GraphQL and system design
- Hands-on experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore/DB, Functions, Hosting)
- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL & NoSQL)
- Experience with frontend technologies (JavaScript, React, Next.js)
- Experience integrating third-party services (payments, auth, etc.)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git)
AI / LLM Experience (Important)
- Hands-on experience building or integrating AI/LLM-based applications
- Experience with tools like OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Hugging Face, Claude, or similar
Must-Haves
- Proven experience building and shipping production-grade full-stack applications
- Strong experience in mobile app + backend integration
- Demonstrated work on AI/LLM projects
- Active GitHub profile with real-world projects
Good to Have
- Experience in startup environments
- Strong understanding of scalable system architecture
- Basic knowledge of DevOps and infrastructure optimization
