Job Description: Fullstack Engineer (2+ Years Experience)
Company: NeuraMach AI
Location: Baner, Pune (In-Office)
Work Schedule: Sundays off | 2nd & 4th Saturdays off
The Role
NeuraMach AI is seeking high-ownership Fullstack Engineers with ~2 years of experience to join our core engineering team.
You will be responsible for building, scaling, and owning critical parts of our AI-driven platform — from backend systems to frontend interfaces, and from data pipelines to intelligent model integrations.
We are looking for engineers who believe great systems are built with clean code, strong testing, and tight feedback loops.
Your Core Responsibilities
- Full-Stack Development:
- Build and ship production-grade features using Python (FastAPI), React.js, and Next.js
- Backend & API Systems:
- Design scalable APIs, optimize performance, and ensure robust backend architecture
- Frontend Integration:
- Develop responsive, high-performance interfaces and ensure seamless frontend-backend communication
- Data & AI Integration:
- Work closely with AI/ML components — integrating models, validating outputs, and ensuring system reliability
- Testing & Reliability:
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to maintain system stability
- Performance Optimization:
- Identify bottlenecks and improve speed, scalability, and efficiency across the stack
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineering, product, and design (UI/UX) teams to ship cohesive features
Technical Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in fullstack/backend engineering roles
- Core Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Solid experience with FastAPI
- Strong frontend experience with React.js & Next.js
- Good understanding of SQL databases
- AI/ML Exposure:
- Basic understanding of AI/ML workflows
- Experience integrating or working alongside ML models is a strong plus
- Engineering Fundamentals:
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code
Good to Have (High Impact)
- Experience with AWS or cloud infrastructure
- Exposure to DevOps practices (CI/CD, deployments, monitoring)
- Understanding of MLOps workflows
- Experience with automated testing frameworks
- Ability to communicate effectively with tech, product, and design teams
