Role Description The Full Stack Developer role at Narrs is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The person in this role will design, develop, test, and maintain end-to-end web applications, working across both front-end interfaces and back-end services. Day-to-day tasks include implementing responsive user interfaces, building and integrating APIs, optimizing application performance, and ensuring code quality through reviews and best practices. The Full Stack Developer will collaborate closely with designers, product owners, and other engineers to translate requirements into scalable solutions, debug and resolve technical issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of the development workflow. This role also involves participating in architecture discussions, maintaining documentation, and supporting deployments from development through production.
Qualifications
- Front-end development skills, including experience with HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), to build responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
- Back-end web development skills, including server-side programming, API design, and database integration, to create secure and scalable services.
- Software development and full-stack development skills to design, implement, and maintain complete web applications from front end to back end.
- Strong understanding of modern development practices, such as version control (e.g., Git), testing, CI/CD, and code review processes.
- Experience with common web frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Vue, Angular, Node.js, Django, or similar), and relational or NoSQL databases.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team, communicate clearly, and work in a fast-paced product environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience building SaaS platforms, AI-driven solutions, or high-performance applications is a plus.
