Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Java + Angular Lead with 8–12 years of experience to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Java and Angular, along with the ability to lead technical development activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using Java and Angular.
- Develop scalable, high-performance, and maintainable applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Review code and ensure adherence to development and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Guide and mentor development team members.
- Participate in application testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Drive technical discussions and contribute to project delivery.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Java.
- Strong hands-on experience in Angular.
- Experience in leading technical development activities.
- Strong understanding of application development and integration.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
