Role Description
• Build and maintain data pipelines pulling from POS, labor, membership, and other operational
systems into our data warehouse.
• Develop and maintain API integrations and backend services in AWS Lambda to support internal
tooling and dashboards.
• Vibe coding, Agentic AI, and familiarity with AI-based tools.
• Create and maintain front-end dashboard components, internal analytics reporting
• Write clean, well-documented SQL queries and transformations in DBT to support reporting and
analytics workflows.
• Help automate recurring data workflows, ETL jobs, and scheduled reporting tasks.
• Collaborate with the Senior Data Scientist and analytics team to deliver data products that support
business decisions.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field - or
equivalent practical experience.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in software development, data engineering, or a closely related
field.
• Solid foundation in Python and SQL; experience building or consuming REST APIs.
• Familiarity with front-end development – HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Comfortable working in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
• Strong problem-solver who can move quickly and independently.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with data pipeline or workflow tools such as DBT, Airflow, GitHub actions or similar.
• Exposure to cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake.
• Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot.
• Background in retail, operations, or similar multi-site environment.
