Who We Want
A developer who understands programming deeply. Must know Python very well. Has 1-2 years work experience and basic power sector knowledge (energy trading, electricity markets, grid systems).
What You'll Do
Build fast web applications with modern tech
Write clean backend APIs and smooth frontends
Handle data processing, databases, caching, and real-time streaming
Integrate APIs (REST/GraphQL) and clean/validate data
Build intuitive UIs and deploy using containers/cloud
Work with team to deliver features on time
Tech Stack
Must know:
Python (FastAPI, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
Frontend: React/Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Streamlit/Dash
Databases: PostgreSQL, SQL Server (star/snowflake schemas)
Data: Polars/Pandas, data cleaning, ML basics
DevOps: Linux, Docker/OCI, Azure DevOps, Redis
Bonus: Kafka streaming, Power BI/Tableau, C#/Java
Requirements
1-2 years building real applications
Deep Python knowledge (OOP, async, testing, big data)
Basic power sector understanding (IEX, DSM, trading)
API integration, data modeling
Data science/ML exposure (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
Good communication, problem-solving, English fluency
B.Tech/MCA or relevant degree preferred
Good to Have
Power sector experience (IPP trading, grid management, DSM systems)
Azure Cognitive Services/Document Intelligence
Real-time event streaming (Kafka)
Strong Git/version control experience
