About the Role
Ladera Technology is seeking a skilled and passionate Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with both frontend and backend development and be comfortable working across the entire software development lifecycle. Full Stack Developers are responsible for building user interfaces, developing backend services, managing databases, integrating APIs, and ensuring application performance and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, and related technologies.
- Design and implement responsive user interfaces with excellent user experience.
- Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and database architectures.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product teams, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the application stack.
- Integrate third-party APIs and cloud services.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
- Manage deployments and support CI/CD processes.
- Ensure application security and data protection standards are maintained.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of cloud deployment and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Cursor.
