Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Developer role based in Dewas. The Full Stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end layers, ensuring responsive, secure, and high-performance solutions. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, implementing new features, debugging and resolving technical issues, and optimizing code quality and application architecture. The role also involves integrating APIs and third-party services, maintaining documentation, testing and deploying releases, and contributing to continuous improvement of development practices and tools.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Back-End Web Development and Software Development skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Front-End Development skills, including proficiency with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Full-Stack Development, working across the entire application lifecycle.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, Angular, or similar) is beneficial.
- Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases, RESTful APIs, and version control systems (e.g., Git) is preferred.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code, follow secure coding practices, and apply software testing methodologies is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively in an on-site team environment are required.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
