Human Resources Manager
Kayla – Apps & AI is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and develop our HR operations as we scale our growing technology company. This role requires a strategic HR professional who can build structured HR systems, manage recruitment, and create a positive workplace culture.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kozhikode, Kerala.
Role Description
Kayla – Apps & AI is looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer with experience in Node.js and Next.js. The role involves building scalable backend systems and web applications while closely collaborating with our mobile app development team to support real-time production applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using Node.js
- Build and manage scalable backend APIs for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate closely with mobile app developers (Flutter/Android/iOS)
- Ensure seamless integration between backend systems and mobile apps
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Handle application deployment, server setup, and basic DevOps tasks
Qualifications & Required Skills
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in full stack development
- Strong knowledge of Node.js and Next.js
- Experience in building APIs for mobile applications
- Good understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with Git and version control
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience or familiarity with Next.js will be considered an added advantage.
