About the Role:We are looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have solid experience across both backend and frontend technologies, a strong foundation in programming concepts, and proven exposure to fintech products or platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications.
- Build efficient and secure RESTful APIs using Fastify or Express.js.
- Develop dynamic and responsive UI components using React.js.
- Integrate and manage PostgreSQL or MySQL databases.
- Implement and maintain Sequelize ORM for data modeling and query optimization.
- Deploy, monitor, and manage services on AWS infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality fintech products.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Participate in peer code reviews, technical discussions, and system design sessions.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards relevant to the fintech domain.
- Develop a web and Mobile Application front end.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Backend: Strong hands-on experience with Node.js using Fastify or Express.js.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React.js, including hooks, component lifecycle, and state management.
- Database: Practical experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- ORM: Expertise in Sequelize.
- Infrastructure: Working knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).
- Solid understanding of core programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
- Proven experience in fintech applications — payments, wallets, lending, or transaction systems.
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Good to Have / Secondary Skills:- Experience with React Native for building mobile applications.
- Knowledge of TypeScript.
- Exposure to Docker and containerized deployments.
- Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Awareness of security best practices in fintech environments.
Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
