Job Description – Full Stack Developer (Bangalore)

Experience: 3–6 Years (Mid-level)
Role Overview
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to manage and improve our website, internal systems, and CRM. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end development, performance optimization, and ensuring a smooth digital experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain frontend + backend applications
• Handle website issues, bugs, and performance optimization
• Work on CRM / internal tools / dashboards
• Integrate APIs and third-party services
• Ensure security, scalability, and speed optimization
• Coordinate with marketing & operations teams for technical support
• Manage hosting, deployment, and updates
Technical Requirements
• Strong experience in:
• Frontend: React.js / HTML / CSS / JavaScript
• Backend: Node.js / Python / PHP (any one strong)
• Database: MySQL / MongoDB
• Experience with API integration
• Knowledge of hosting (AWS / cPanel / VPS)
• Understanding of SEO basics (technical side)
• Version control: Git
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
• Relevant certifications are an advantage
Salary Range (India – Bangalore)
• ₹6 LPA – ₹10 LPA (depending on experience & skills)
