Job Description – Full Stack Developer (Bangalore)
Location: Bangalore (On-site)
Experience: 3–6 Years (Mid-level)
Role Overview
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to manage and improve our website, internal systems, and CRM. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end development, performance optimization, and ensuring a smooth digital experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain frontend + backend applications
- Handle website issues, bugs, and performance optimization
- Work on CRM / internal tools / dashboards
- Integrate APIs and third-party services
- Ensure security, scalability, and speed optimization
- Coordinate with marketing & operations teams for technical support
- Manage hosting, deployment, and updates
Technical Requirements
Strong experience in:
- Frontend: React.js / HTML / CSS / JavaScript
- Backend: Node.js / Python / PHP (any one strong)
- Database: MySQL / MongoDB
- Experience with API integration
- Knowledge of hosting (AWS / cPanel / VPS)
- Understanding of SEO basics (technical side)
- Version control: Git
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
- Relevant certifications are an advantage
