🚀 Full Stack Engineer (Product-Focused)

We are building scalable, high-performance digital products and are looking for a strong Full Stack Engineer who thinks beyond just writing code.

You’ll work closely with product and leadership to design, build, and scale core platform features from the ground up.
⚙️ What You’ll Build
- Modern, high-performance frontend applications using React.js & Next.js (SSR/SSG)
- Scalable backend services and REST APIs using Node.js and PHP Laravel
- Efficient data models and optimized queries in MongoDB & MySQL
- Modular, reusable components with clean architecture principles
- Production-ready features with proper validation, security, and error handling
- Performance-optimized systems capable of handling scale
🏗 Technical Expectations
You should have strong hands-on experience with:
- React.js (Hooks, Context API, state management patterns)
- Next.js (SSR, API routes, performance optimization)
- Node.js (asynchronous programming, middleware, API security)
- PHP Laravel (MVC architecture, authentication, queue jobs)
- MongoDB & MySQL (schema design, indexing, query optimization)
- RESTful API design principles
- Git-based workflows
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with Docker or CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of caching strategies (Redis, etc.)
- Knowledge of system design fundamentals
- Experience working in product-based startups
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
