About The Role
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Software Engineer - UI to join our dynamic engineering team at Comply. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and developing intuitive, high-performance user interfaces that enable our internal teams to harness the full potential of our data platform. Your work will involve creating dashboards, tools, and workflows that support data ingestion, analytics, and compliance monitoring. While the primary focus is on front-end development, you will collaborate closely with back-end engineers, data operations, and product stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality across the platform. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on mission-critical systems within a fast-growing organization dedicated to innovation in financial compliance technology.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in modern front-end development, with experience in frameworks such as React, Blazor, or similar technologies. A solid understanding of web fundamentals, including JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, is essential. Familiarity with integrating front-end applications with APIs and working on full-stack systems is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to translate user needs into maintainable and scalable UI components, with some experience in back-end development, particularly in C#. A track record of developing and maintaining software systems in production environments, along with knowledge of software engineering principles such as testing, debugging, and version control, is required. Strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks are crucial for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive front-end applications and dashboards that interface with our internal data platform.
- Collaborate with product managers, data teams, and internal users to gather requirements and translate them into effective UI solutions.
- Write clean, well-tested, and scalable code that supports the evolving needs of our platform.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, code reviews, and pair programming.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions related to UI/UX, tooling, and best practices.
- Gain domain knowledge in fintech, including trading, compliance, and broker data, to better serve user needs.
- Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing applications for performance and accessibility.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into development workflows where appropriate.
