Full-Stack Developer
Location: Onsite – Wakad, Pune
Type: Full-Time
Experience: 3–4 years
Start Date : Immediate
CTC: ₹5–6 LPA (for 3–4 years experience; negotiable for exceptional candidates)
About the Role:
We're building SaaS product from the ground up and looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Engineer who can own the architecture, design the backend and frontend, and integrate AI-powered automation workflows. You'll work directly with the founding team and have real ownership over the product.
What you'll Build:
• End-to-end SaaS application architecture (multi-tenant, scalable)
• Backend APIs, authentication, database design, and business logic using Node.js or Laravel
• Frontend interfaces using Next.js and React
• AI-powered automation workflows using OpenAI / LLM APIs
• Schedulers, background workers, and recurring task systems
• Role-based access control (RBAC) for multi-tenant users
Must-Have Skills:
• 3–4 years of full-stack development experience
• Strong in Next.js, React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript
• Backend: Node.js + Express or Laravel (PHP) — at least one, both preferred
• Databases: PostgreSQL / MongoDB / MySQL
• AI integrations: OpenAI API or similar LLM tools
• Git, CI/CD, and independent feature ownership
• Experience designing multi-tenant SaaS architecture
Good to Have:
• JWT / OAuth authentication flows
• Cloud deployments (AWS / Vercel / Render)
• Microservices or modular backend architecture
• Familiarity with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, or custom schedulers)
• Experience with Laravel queues, jobs, and scheduled tasks
