About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of web development and applied AI.

At its core, you’ll be building high-performance landing pages, microsites, and campaign-led web experiences for brands. Alongside that, you’ll get to embed AI-driven features and automations into these builds—making them smarter, faster, and more effective.

If you enjoy building fast, seeing your work go live quickly, and experimenting with AI in practical use cases, this role will give you that exposure.

What You’ll Work On

• Build and deploy landing pages, microsites, and web experiences for marketing campaigns
• Handle end-to-end development (frontend + backend where required)
• Integrate AI-led features such as:
• Dynamic content generation
• Smart form flows / chat interactions
• Personalization using APIs or LLMs
• Work with marketing teams to translate campaign ideas into functional builds
• Optimize pages for performance, speed, and conversions
• Integrate third-party tools, analytics, and marketing platforms

Tech Environment

• Frontend: React / Next.js / modern JS frameworks
• Backend: Node.js / Python (basic to moderate use cases)
• APIs: Extensive third-party integrations
• AI Tools: OpenAI, Claude, or similar (use-case driven, not heavy ML)

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of full stack development experience
• Strong frontend skills (performance-focused development)
• Working knowledge of backend + APIs
• Basic exposure to AI tools/APIs OR strong willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-oriented environment
• Agency experience is a plus
