Dropx is a fast-growing logistics operations company supporting leading e-commerce and quick commerce platforms across multiple locations in India. As we scale our operations, we are building an internal technology platform to streamline team management, operational tracking, cost management, and performance analytics.

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to build and maintain our internal web dashboard and mobile application used by our riders and employees for operational management.

Seating Location : Manjeri,Malappuram

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop an internal operations dashboard for team management, reporting, and cost tracking
• Build and maintain a mobile application for riders and employees for internal workflows such as attendance, updates, and communication
• Develop backend APIs and manage database architecture
• Work closely with operations teams to translate business processes into simple and scalable tech solutions
• Build analytics dashboards and reports for operational decision-making
• Maintain system performance, reliability, and data accuracy

Requirements

• 2+ of experience in full stack development
• Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience with React.js or similar frontend frameworks
• Experience with Node.js / Express or similar backend frameworks
• Experience building mobile applications using React Native or similar frameworks
• Strong understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Experience building admin dashboards or internal tools
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment

Good to Have

• Experience building internal operations or ERP tools
• Experience with data visualization and analytics dashboards
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Firebase
