Job Purpose:
To design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performing web applications, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems. The role involves building user-friendly interfaces, writing efficient code, developing APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver quality software solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Application Development: Design, develop, and implement scalable web applications ensuring responsiveness and performance.
• Coding & Testing: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while conducting thorough testing and debugging.
• API Development: Build and maintain RESTful APIs to support dynamic web functionalities.
• Database Management: Develop, manage, and optimize databases (SQL/NoSQL) to ensure data reliability and performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues across the front end and back end.
• Best Practices: Follow modern web development standards, version control practices, and ensure code quality.
Job Requirements:
• Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in full stack development or related software development roles.
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, HTML, and CSS.
o Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
o Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
o Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
o Understanding of web performance optimization and security best practices.

o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
