What You’ll Be Doing
You won't be fetching coffee. You'll be writing real code, shipping features, and collaborating directly with the core team on active projects.
- Building the Front-End: Crafting slick, responsive, and fast user interfaces using ReactJS and NextJS.
- Wiring the Back-End: Setting up APIs and logic with NodeJS.
- Styling: Making things look pixel-perfect with modern CSS.
- Agile Collaboration: Keeping the chaos organized by tracking tasks and sprints comfortably in JIRA.
- Vibe Coding: Embracing the future of development. We want you to work smart, utilizing AI coding assistants (like Cursor, Copilot, etc.) to accelerate your workflow, generate boilerplate, and focus on the big-picture logic.
What You Bring to the Table
- A solid grasp of JavaScript (ES6+ is your second language).
- Hands-on experience or strong portfolio projects using ReactJS / NextJS and NodeJS.
- A good eye for design implementation using standard CSS (Tailwind experience is a plus!).
- You know your way around JIRA (or are a quick learner ready to adapt to agile workflows).
- Local to Vadodara: We are building a strong local tech hub, so being around the city for our hybrid meetups and jam sessions is highly preferred!
- A community-first mindset: You check your ego at the door, love sharing knowledge, and thrive in a relaxed but high-output environment.
