đ§ What Youâll Do
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack web & mobile applications
- Collaborate closely with designers, PMs, and founders
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Participate in daily standups, sprints, and product reviews
- Optimize performance and security across both frontend and backend
- Suggest architectural improvements and lead integration efforts
đ» Tech Stack Youâll Work With
You donât need to know all of theseâbut being proficient in most is key:
- Frontend: React.js, Next.js, TailwindCSS, Redux, TypeScript
- Backend: Node.js, Express, MongoDB, Firebase
- Mobile: React Native or Flutter (Bonus)
- DevOps: Vercel, Render, GitHub Actions
- Tools: Postman, Figma, Cloudinary, Git

Youâre a Great Fit If:
- Youâve built 2+ production-level web/app projects
- Youâre strong in JavaScript/TypeScript, API design, and DB modeling
- Youâre proactive, autonomous, and love clean code
- You understand Agile or have worked in startup environments
- You care about the âwhyâ behind the projectânot just the âhowâ
đ± Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience in AI integrations (OpenAI, Langchain, etc.)
- Know basics of Solidity or blockchain-based dev
- Have worked on SaaS, CSR platforms, or internal tools
- Maintain a GitHub profile or portfolio of past work
