We’re Hiring: Full Stack Developer (1–2 Years Experience) – Climate Tech
Full-Time Role | ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month | Delhi NCR (Office)
About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (1–2 years experience) with DevOps exposure who is excited to build and scale innovative products in the sustainability and climate tech space. This role is ideal for someone who not only writes clean frontend and backend code but also understands deployment, infrastructure, and system reliability. You will play a key role in taking products from development to production.
⚡ Priority will be given to candidates with strong Frontend + UI/UX skills and DevOps understanding.
What You’ll Work On
* Building and improving the frontend and backend of our sustainability platform
* Developing responsive, intuitive UI using React.js / Next.js / Tailwind CSS
* Designing and consuming REST APIs for data-driven applications
* Creating scalable backend services using Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB
* Managing deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure
* Collaborating with designers, developers, and founders on product strategy
* Working with Git workflows, releases, and production environments
What We’re Looking For
* 1–2 years of hands-on experience in full stack development
* Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript
* Strong understanding of Node.js and Express.js
* Experience with MongoDB or other SQL/NoSQL databases
* Good grasp of CSS, Tailwind CSS, and UI/UX principles
DevOps / Infrastructure Skills:
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
* Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
* Basic knowledge of Docker and containerization
* Familiarity with server management, deployments, and monitoring
* Understanding of SSL, domains, and production debugging
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of systems end-to-end
* Passion for climate tech, ESG, and building meaningful products
