Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Junior Full Stack Developer to support the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI-first and web-based applications. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to build hands-on experience across frontend and backend technologies while working with experienced engineering teams on real business applications.
As a Full Stack Developer, you will contribute to building and maintaining applications across the technology stack, including user interfaces, APIs, backend services, and data integrations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in agile development activities, and learn engineering best practices while delivering high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining full stack applications across frontend and backend layers.
- Support the development of user interfaces, APIs, and backend services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Participate in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting application issues.
- Work with databases and support data integration tasks.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver features.
- Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and agile development activities.
- Learn and apply engineering best practices, including coding standards, version control, and documentation.
- Contribute to the development of modern web applications and AI-enabled solutions.
- Support deployment and maintenance activities as part of the software development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, with 3 – 5 years of relevant experience.
- Good understanding of full stack development concepts.
- Exposure to frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Exposure to backend development using Java, Python, Node.js, .NET, or similar technologies.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and web application architecture.
- Familiarity with Git/version control and software development lifecycle concepts.
- Strong willingness to learn, problem-solve, and work in a team environment.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of testing, debugging, and deployment basics.
- Interest in modern application development, automation, or AI-enabled applications.
- Hands-on experience building Agentic AI applications is a strong plus.
