We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer to join our team at Biz-Tech Analytics. In this role, you will design and build internal and client-facing dashboards, and apply your development expertise to review and quality-check coding tasks generated as part of our LLM training and AI annotation projects. You will play a dual role — part product builder, part technical evaluator — working at the intersection of software development and AI model training.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive, real-time dashboards for manufacturing clients to monitor factory floor activity powered by CCTV-based computer vision models
- Build intuitive UI components that surface AI-generated alerts and metrics — including worker productivity, efficiency tracking, idle time detection, safety gear compliance, and PPE adherence
- Integrate dashboards with backend APIs and model inference outputs to display live alerts, trend analytics, and compliance reports
- Work closely with the computer vision and product teams to translate model outputs into clear, actionable visualisations for factory supervisors and operations managers
- Maintain and improve existing client-facing web tools; ensure dashboards are performant, scalable, and easy to use in industrial environments
- Review and evaluate code-based tasks submitted by annotators and contractors as part of LLM training datasets
- Assess submitted code for correctness, quality, edge case handling, and adherence to task instructions
- Provide structured feedback on code submissions to support model evaluation workflows
- Identify recurring error patterns across coding task batches and flag them for process improvements
- Collaborate with the AI data operations team to refine coding task rubrics and evaluation guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in full stack web development
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one frontend framework (React strongly preferred)
- Backend experience with Node.js, Python, or similar; comfortable with REST APIs
- Ability to read, understand, and critically evaluate code across languages (Python, JavaScript, SQL at minimum)
- Familiarity with data visualisation libraries (e.g. Recharts, D3, Chart.js, Plotly)
- Actively uses AI coding tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude) as part of day-to-day development — we expect and encourage AI-assisted workflows to ship faster and better
- Strong written communication skills — you will write evaluations and feedback in English
- Attention to detail and comfort working with structured evaluation criteria
Good to Have
- Prior exposure to RLHF, LLM training, or AI annotation workflows
- Experience with tools like Labelbox, Scale AI, or similar annotation platforms
- Familiarity with prompt engineering or working with LLM APIs
- Experience building internal tooling or ops dashboards
