About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer with expertise in Blockchain and Quantum Cryptography to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and developing next-generation sovereign software systems that prioritize security, scalability, and compliance. You will leverage your advanced full-stack engineering skills alongside knowledge of post-quantum cryptography (PQC) and artificial intelligence (AI) integration to deliver secure communication and data sharing solutions across our global ecosystem. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on innovative projects at the forefront of cybersecurity technology, contributing to the development of systems that meet stringent government and industry standards.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess over 8 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong emphasis on security-centric or data-driven systems. Proficiency in core programming languages such as Go (Golang), Node.js, and React/React Native is essential. A deep understanding of TLS 1.3, PKI, secure authentication protocols, and cryptographic standards—including PQC algorithms like Kyber and Dilithium—is required. Experience deploying machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, and integrating them into production environments via REST or gRPC pipelines, is highly desirable. Familiarity with government security standards like FIPS 140-3, CAVP testing, and international compliance frameworks will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop secure web and mobile applications utilizing React, Node.js, and Go, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Implement PQC handshake APIs, including Kyber and Dilithium, across all data and communication layers to ensure quantum-resistant security.
- Integrate AI modules for automated threat scoring, anomaly detection, and data classification to enhance security capabilities.
- Collaborate with hardware engineering teams to ensure seamless security integration across endpoints such as USB keys and portable SSDs.
- Extend blockchain infrastructure to support AI-driven audit trails, trust scoring, and transparent logging mechanisms.
- Ensure all software aligns with sovereign-grade security standards and complies with global government requirements.
- Design and maintain telemetry dashboards and real-time data visualization tools for AI analytics and telemetry monitoring.
- Lead efforts in security testing, validation, and certification processes, including FIPS 140-3 validation and algorithm testing.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and standards, continuously improving system architecture and security protocols.
