About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer with expertise in Blockchain and Quantum Cryptography to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and developing next-generation sovereign software systems that prioritize security, scalability, and compliance with global government standards. Your work will involve integrating advanced technologies such as post-quantum cryptography (PQC), artificial intelligence, and blockchain infrastructure to deliver secure communication and data sharing solutions across our international ecosystem. This is a remote, full-time position with the potential for future relocation, offering an exciting opportunity to influence the future of secure digital communications.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess over 8 years of comprehensive full-stack development experience, with a strong focus on security-centric and data-driven systems. Proficiency in core programming languages such as Go (Golang), Node.js, and React/React Native is essential. A deep understanding of cryptography, including TLS 1.3, PKI, and PQC algorithms like Kyber and Dilithium, is required. Experience deploying machine learning models into production environments using frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is highly desirable. Familiarity with government security standards such as FIPS 140-3, CAVP, and international compliance frameworks will be advantageous. The candidate should also have experience working with blockchain technologies, hardware security modules, and security testing tools, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of secure architecture design and implementation.
Responsibilities
As a Lead Full Stack Developer, your key responsibilities will include leading the development of secure web and mobile applications utilizing React, Node.js, and Go. You will implement PQC handshake APIs, including Kyber and Dilithium, across all data and communication layers to ensure quantum-resistant security. Integrating AI modules for threat scoring, anomaly detection, and data classification will be a core part of your role, requiring collaboration with AI and machine learning teams. You will work closely with hardware engineering teams to ensure seamless security across endpoints such as USB keys and portable SSDs, maintaining hardware-software integration integrity. Extending blockchain infrastructure to support AI-driven audit trails and trust scoring systems will be crucial, along with ensuring all software aligns with sovereign-grade security standards and complies with global government requirements. Additionally, you will oversee the development of telemetry dashboards for real-time security analytics and contribute to the design of scalable, secure platform architecture spanning various interfaces, including admin consoles, desktop, and mobile applications.
