Role Description
In this role, you will be responsible for leading development efforts, architecting solutions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, secure, and robust applications.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- Proficiency in Software Development, Programming, and applying Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Strong proficiency with technologies such as Node.js, Python, or similar modern software stacks is required.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems or large-scale web platforms.
- Solid understanding of backend security, APIs, and database management.
- Experience in AI or Agentic AI implementation is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Development of ERP/CRM features and internal software systems.
- Building scalable and optimized web applications using Next.js, React, and Node.js.
- Designing secure backend architectures and implementing authentication, authorization, and data protection layers.
- Creating, optimizing, and maintaining RESTful or serverless APIs.
- Managing database operations and integrations (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Firebase, etc.).
- Ensuring security best practices across the entire stack (XSS, CSRF, input sanitization, encryption).
- Conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance to junior developers.
- Maintaining documentation, reusable components, and clean project structure.
