Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Developer role based in Jaipur. The Full Stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain web applications across the front-end and back-end, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability. Daily responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, implementing responsive user interfaces, integrating APIs and third-party services, and managing databases and server-side logic. The role involves collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and participate in code reviews. The developer will also contribute to architectural decisions, optimize existing systems, and stay current with modern frameworks, tools, and best practices in full-stack development.
Qualifications
- Strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience building end-to-end web applications.
- Proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive UI.
- Experience in Back-End Web Development, working with server-side languages, frameworks, databases, and RESTful APIs.
- Solid understanding of web architecture, security best practices, performance optimization, and version control (e.g., Git).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team, communicate clearly, and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, or CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Prior experience in a product development or agency environment and exposure to mobile or custom software projects is advantageous.
