About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tech Lead-Full Stack Developer with expertise in Angular and NestJS to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and maintaining a next-generation clinical research and healthcare operations platform tailored for a US-based healthcare client. The ideal candidate will possess strong front-end development skills, particularly with Angular, and have emerging leadership capabilities to guide and mentor junior developers, contribute to architectural decisions, and uphold high-quality engineering standards.
The position involves working on AI-enabled features, including Generative AI workflows and Voice Agent integrations, aimed at enhancing patient engagement and automating clinical processes. The role offers the opportunity to work in a fully remote, agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams comprising US healthcare professionals, product managers, and engineers to deliver impactful healthcare solutions.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with between 3 to 6 years of full-stack development experience. Demonstrated leadership in technical initiatives, guiding development teams, and participating in architecture discussions are essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a distributed team environment are also required. Experience with modern web technologies, healthcare standards, and AI integrations will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
As a Tech Lead-Full Stack Developer, your core responsibilities will include designing and developing scalable full-stack applications utilizing Angular and NestJS frameworks. You will build responsive and user-friendly UI components using Angular 18+ and Angular Material, ensuring seamless user interactions across devices. Additionally, you will develop robust backend APIs and services with Node.js and NestJS, optimizing database schemas using Prisma ORM and MariaDB for efficiency and reliability.
Integrating AI-driven features such as Generative AI workflows and voice-based healthcare assistants will be a key aspect of your role. You will participate in technical architecture discussions, contribute to solution design, and ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and performance. Mentoring junior engineers, reviewing code, and enforcing development standards will be part of your leadership duties. Implementing secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using providers like Okta or Auth0 is also vital.
You will utilize tools such as Docker, Git, Swagger, and Postman to streamline development workflows within an Agile environment. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including healthcare professionals and product owners, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope will be essential.
