Job Description

Job Title: Developer

Location: Bengaluru (Onsite)

Reporting to: Manager – Corporate Engineering

PURPOSE OF ROLE

This Role is responsible for developing and deploying the web applications using Progressive Web App Framework (PWA) or similar framework, implementation of Digital Solutions with transformation/integration with legacy systems and processes using technologies like Reactjs, python, C# and azure cloud following secure web development best practices leveraging AI tools.

KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Responsible for developing and deploying the response and adaptive web applications using Progressive Web App Framework (PWA) or similar framework.
• Build web applications using technologies like Reactjs, python flask, SQL and azure cloud with supporting libraries and frameworks.
• Effective communication with the Stakeholders and delivering the solutions within the agreed timelines.
• Adhere to Organization defined Standards and industry best practices while executing the solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Python libraries and frameworks like Flask, Django, fast api and be a role model to the subordinates/team members.
• Support with generating and maintaining API Documentation using OpenAPI frameworks.
• Optimize solutions for performance, availability, and cost.
• Perform performance tuning, and patch management for web Applications by telemetry data analysis.
• Accept challenges and be an individual contributor within the team.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS

Education:

• Bachelor’s of Engineering/ Master’s of Technology in CS, IS or equivalent experience.

Experience:

• Minimum 3-8 years in Application development, Relevant experience in Digital Transformations is an advantage.

Technical/Functional Skills:

Mandatory Skills:

• Experience on developing the digital transformations solutions using frameworks like Progressive Web Applications, React.js, python (FASTAPI, flask, Django).
• Strong knowledge working with Databases ( SQL, Postgres) – Schema Development, Querying, performance tuning.
• Prior experience in enterprise application integrations and hands-on with micro service architecture, event driven architecture
• Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services – Paas services like app services, Storage accounts, PaaS SQL, Container instances etc.
• Hands-on experience working with Queuing mechanisms, event hubs, caching etc.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Models, Oops Concepts, Html, CSS, Javascript, Bootstraps libraries, React components., ADO, webpack, Vite etc
• Hands-on experience in developing applications using Async protocols.
• Exposure on building mobile responsive and Adaptive applications.
• Strong knowledge on Secure web development best practices and frameworks (OWASP)
• Hands-on experience on building, Consuming and Integrations of APIs, middleware and webservices.
• Strong handons experience in building SQL Queries, query optimizations, profiling etc.
• Familiar with office applications like Excels and O365 apps will be an advantage
• Strong logical thinking, reasoning, problem solving skills.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred (Good to have) Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Data mining Data warehousing concepts.
• Strong understanding of cloud like AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Knowledge of Databricks or any Data lake frameworks.
