Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Full-Stack Developer (Applied AI & NLP) based in Hyderabad. The Full-Stack Developer will design, build, and maintain end-to-end web applications that power KonnectNXT’s AI-driven verification and identity platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing responsive front-end interfaces, implementing scalable back-end services and APIs, and integrating applied AI/NLP models into production systems. The role involves collaborating with data scientists, product managers, and DevOps professionals to translate AI and NLP use cases into robust, secure, and high-performance features. The developer will also participate in code reviews, optimize application performance, write automated tests, and contribute to architectural decisions and technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, including end-to-end ownership of features from design to deployment.
- Strong Front-End Development skills, including experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible user interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with Back-End Web Development, including building RESTful or GraphQL APIs, working with databases, and implementing secure, scalable services.
- Experience applying AI and NLP in production systems (e.g., entity extraction, document parsing, profile matching, or fraud detection) is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control (Git), code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment, with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering high-quality, maintainable code.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure), microservices, and security-by-design principles is a plus.
