The Role
We are hiring Full Stack Developers who can build across Python and TypeScript and apply AI to real product problems. You will work on production systems that process communications at scale, integrate with third-party APIs, and use LLMs and speech models to automate recruiter workflows.
This is not a research role. You will ship AI-powered features into production, monitor them, and iterate based on real usage.
What You Will Work On
· Backend services in FastAPI (Python 3.12) with async PostgreSQL, Redis, and Celery task queues
· Frontend applications in Next.js 14, React 18, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
· AI integrations using OpenAI APIs, vector search (pgvector), document parsing, and speech-to-text/text-to-speech pipelines
· Communications infrastructure spanning email (SendGrid, Amazon SES), SMS/WhatsApp (Twilio, Infobip, Sinch), and voice AI (Vapi)
· Enterprise integrations with job boards, VMS platforms, and third-party HR systems
· Cloud infrastructure on Azure: AKS, ACR, Key Vault, Storage, and Azure AD
· CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Docker, and Kubernetes deployments
Required Skills
Backend (must have):
· Python 3.10+ with FastAPI or similar async frameworks
· PostgreSQL with SQLAlchemy (async) and Alembic migrations
· Redis for caching and message brokering
· Celery or equivalent distributed task queues
· RESTful API design, webhook handling, and third-party API integration
Frontend (must have):
· TypeScript and React 18+
· Next.js (App Router or Pages Router)
· Tailwind CSS
· State management and component architecture
AI/ML (must have):
· Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) into production systems
· Prompt engineering, structured output parsing, and token-cost optimization
· Understanding of embeddings, vector similarity search, and RAG patterns
AI-Assisted Development (must have):
· Strong proficiency with AI coding assistants such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Google Antigravity
· Ability to use AI tools effectively for code generation, debugging, refactoring, and code review
· Experience writing clear prompts and context to get high-quality output from AI assistants
· Understanding of when to rely on AI suggestions and when to override them — you use AI to move faster, not as a crutch
Infrastructure (must have):
· Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes preferred)
· CI/CD with GitHub Actions or similar
· Git workflows (branching, PRs, code review)
Preferred Skills
· Experience with pgvector or other vector databases
· Speech processing: STT/TTS pipelines, voice activity detection, or Vapi
· Document processing: PDF parsing, OCR (Tesseract, Azure Computer Vision)
· TensorFlow.js or ONNX Runtime for client-side inference
· Azure services: AKS, Key Vault, Storage Queues, Azure AD
· Observability: Prometheus, structured logging, distributed tracing
· GraphQL (server or client)
· Experience in staffing, recruitment, or HR tech domains
· Ballerina language (a plus, not expected)
