Role Overview
Hypedin is looking for a Full Stack Developer who is equally comfortable on the front end, the back end, and in the world of AI automation. This isn't a plug-and-play dev role — we need someone who genuinely loves building with AI, who gets excited about automating workflows, and who can independently architect and ship platforms that our internal teams and creator community rely on.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build and ship full stack applications — from UI to database to deployment.
Identify manual/repetitive workflows across teams and build AI-powered automations to solve them.
Build and maintain internal platforms/tools (creator management, campaign tracking, ambassador programs, dashboards, etc.).
Integrate AI models and APIs (LLMs, automation frameworks, agents) into real product workflows.
Own projects end-to-end — from architecture decisions to bug fixes to scaling.
Collaborate closely with the founder's office and project teams to translate business needs into working systems.
Must-Have Skills
Strong front-end skills (React or equivalent modern framework).
Strong back-end skills (Node.js/Python or equivalent, databases, APIs).
Genuine, demonstrable interest in AI automation — not just used ChatGPT but has built with AI APIs/agents/workflows.
Ability to independently take a platform from idea to production.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup/agency environment with shifting priorities.
Good to Have
Experience building or contributing to SaaS-style platforms or internal tools.
Familiarity with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, custom agent frameworks).
Experience with cloud deployment and DevOps basics.
Prior experience in a marketing/agency/startup setting.
Work Details
Location: Hypedin Office, Sector 3, Noida
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Working Days: Monday – Saturday (Saturdays as per project requirement, not mandatory every week)
Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 (based on experience)
