The Opportunity
We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our core engineering team. You'll work across the entire product — frontend interfaces, backend services, database architecture, and API integrations. This is a hands-on ownership role. You build it, you ship it, you own it.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, production-ready web application features across the full stack
- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code that is easy to maintain and extend
- Build and manage database schemas with a focus on performance, scalability, and data integrity
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs following industry best practices in design, versioning, and documentation
- Implement secure authentication and authorization systems ensuring the platform meets modern security standards
- Build responsive, performant frontend interfaces that deliver a smooth and intuitive user experience
- Collaborate with product, design, and founding team to translate requirements into technical solutions that ship on time
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve production bugs and performance issues — root cause, not band-aids
- Maintain clean version control practices — feature branching, pull requests, and release management
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 2–3 years of professional experience in Full-Stack Development
- Strong proficiency in React.js (Hooks, Context API, component lifecycle)
- Solid experience with Node.js and Express.js
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and Mongoose
- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and security best practices
- Experience using Git / GitHub / GitLab
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Good to Have
- TypeScript experience
- Familiarity with Redux or Zustand for state management
- Prior experience in a SaaS or B2B product environment
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, founder-led startup
